Delivery Policy

Whiter offers a Pick Up and Go service and a home delivery service, under the terms and conditions listed below:

1. Pick Up and Go:

Your order will be ready in 3 hours. You will receive an email with the information: "Your order is ready" and you should go to our facilities (Rua Almirante Sousa Dias, Loja 4 B - Oeiras) to collect your order.

Opening hours: 09:00 to 13:00 / 14:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

* To avoid any physical contact between our team members and the customer, payment must be made by bank transfer, IfThen or HiPay before collection. This way, we guarantee a safe and comfortable service.

2. Home Deliveries:

2.1 Within the municipality of Oeiras:

Deliveries within 24 hours. This service is available free of charge for orders over €30.

Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 13:00 / 14:00 and 18:00.

For orders below that value, you can choose the Pick Up and Go method.

* Following the recommendations of health authorities for the containment of the COVID-19 outbreak, this service will be carried out as follows:
  • Home deliveries are made at the customer's door, with our employees not entering the residence. Our drivers will call when they are at the door of your building or house so that we can deliver your order.
  • Payment for the order cannot be made upon delivery. Therefore, payment must be made by bank transfer, IfThen or HiPay before delivery.

2.2 In the remaining locations in the district of Lisbon:

This service is available free of charge for orders over €50.

Deliveries will be made on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:00 and 13:00 / 14:00 and 18:00.

For orders below that value, you can choose the Pick Up and Go method.

  • Home deliveries are made at the customer's door, with our employees not entering the residence. Our drivers will call when they are at the door of your building or house so that we can deliver the order.
