Whiter Progress
Whiter Progress is a hygiene company, headquartered in Oeiras, with its market base operating in Portugal. As such, we are responsible for the collection, processing, and use of personal data in the context of billing and marketing campaigns.
Whiter Progress collects, processes, and uses personal data exclusively in accordance with the following principles:
Collection of Personal Data
Contact Details
In order to communicate with you for billing purposes and/or marketing campaigns, we collect your contact details (name, tax identification number, citizen card number, country of origin, email address, and phone number, date of birth) when you first contact us (via phone, email, or online at www.whiter.pt).
The collected data will be retained for the duration of the contract for Whiter Progress clients. For non-clients, Whiter Progress will keep contacts for 2 years, with the right to be forgotten at any time.
The data will be stored on digital media such as computers and an external portable hard drive.
Use of Personal Data
We collect, process, and use your personal data mentioned above exclusively for billing and eventual marketing campaigns.
Access and Transfer of Personal Data
Data Transfer to Other Entities
Under the new data protection law, Whiter Progress undertakes, at your request, to transfer data to other entities. A complete collection will be made on the media described above within 72 hours.
Data Security
We adopt appropriate technical measures to protect your personal data stored in our daily external disk backups against loss, destruction, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Right to Information and to Correction, Deletion, or Blocking of Personal Data
You have the right to receive, free of charge, information about the data that has been stored concerning you and, if applicable, the right to correct, block, or delete this data within a maximum of 72 hours. For this purpose and for any additional questions you may have regarding data protection and the processing of your personal data, please contact us by email at geral@whiter.pt.
Right to Withdraw Authorizations
Authorizations granted by you for the collection, processing, and use of data can be withdrawn by you, at any time, with future effect. To withdraw your authorization, please contact us by email at geral@whiter.pt.
Information on Dispute Resolution
Information on dispute resolution under Article 14, paragraph 1 of the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) Regulation:
The European Commission gives consumers the opportunity to resolve disputes online under Article 14, paragraph 1, of the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) Regulation on one of its platforms. The platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) serves as a website where consumers can try to reach an out-of-court resolution regarding disputes arising from online purchases and service contracts.
